Access to the HealthPRO Canada RFP will only be sent to the email address from which the request is received.

July 1, to June 30, plus, at HealthPROs option, one additional two year term (the Option Term).

This RFP is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five Government Procurement and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement - Chapter Nineteen - Government Procurement.

All bidders will be required to agree to HealthPRO Canadas Contract Terms and Conditions which will be provided at the RFP stage.
Contract # Contract Name Description OR AV Integration This contract includes the design, installation, and operational deployment of a fully integrated operating room environment. The system shall be modular and scalable, unifying surgical imaging, device control, audiovisual management, documentation, and communications to ensure seamless workflow and optimized ergonomics. Integration shall cover endoscopic/video sources, surgical and room lighting, monitors and displays (including HD/4K/3D), video routing and recording, central control interfaces (sterile-field touch consoles or nurse workstations), and connectivity with hospital information systems for imaging and procedural data management. The RFP shall include all necessary accessories, installation, turnkey commissioning, training, extended warranties, service packages, and finance/ lease options. This contract excludes capital equipment such as surgical lighting, video systems, towers, etc. that are controlled with this integrated design.
