Compensation: Base salary of $110,000 to $190,000 for a 1,200 billable hour target. The firm may, in its discretion, award a bonus for hours billed above target, generally in the range of $20,000 to $25,000 per each additional 100 hours. Any bonus is discretionary and not guaranteed.
