Job description
Le Développeur ServiceNow ITSM / ITAM joue un rôle clé dans l’évolution et la fiabilité des processus de gestion des services TI. Il conçoit, développe et optimise les fonctionnalités de la plateforme ServiceNow afin de soutenir efficacement les opérations technologiques et d’assurer l’alignement avec les pratiques ITIL. Il agit comme expert technique et point de référence pour l’amélioration continue des solutions ITSM et ITAM.
Responsabilités
• Concevoir, développer et configurer les modules ITSM (Incident, Problème, Changement, Demande)

• Développer et maintenir des Business Rules, ACL, scripts et widgets

• Configurer et optimiser le Catalogue de services et le Portail utilisateur

• Participer à l’analyse d’impact des incidents et changements

• Contribuer aux mises en production et assurer le support post-déploiement

• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes fonctionnelles et techniques

• Assurer l’application des bonnes pratiques ITIL dans les solutions développées

• Intégrer les modules ITSM et ITAM avec les autres composantes ServiceNow

• Documenter les développements, configurations et évolutions de la plateforme

Profil recherché
• 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en développement ServiceNow ITSM

• Expérience avancée avec les modules ITAM (Asset Management / Configuration Management)

• Expérience comme lead technique ou référence ServiceNow ITSM

• Bonne maîtrise des processus ITIL

• Capacité à travailler en équipe multidisciplinaire et à interagir avec les parties prenantes

• Résidence au Québec et maîtrise du français

• Disponibilité pour un mode hybride (présentiel 2 jours/semaine )
