Supports a broad range of corporate commercial matters, including entity maintenance and reorganizations
Responsible for corporate records and file management, including maintaining physical record books and organized filing systems
Manages registered and records office (R&R), including annual reports, director/officer changes, and company registrations
Works on complex internal corporate reorganizations, collaborating closely with accountants on structuring and implementation
Handles share exchanges, share transfers, amalgamations, and other corporate transactional work
Provides support on M&A transactions, particularly for clients involved in buying and selling shares
Additional exposure to commercial leasing matters is an asset

What you must have:
Ideal: 1–2 years of experience as a corporate paralegal
Open to: Corporate legal assistants with 3+ years of relevant experience
Trilingual capabilities are a strong asset
Salary/Rate Range: $50,000 – $80,00
