The Finance Lead / FP&A Lead will oversee end to end financial planning, budgeting, and quarterly forecasting across multiple business units. This role is responsible for full P&L ownership, cost center management, and delivering detailed variance analysis to enable informed decision making. The position partners closely with senior leadership as a strategic and consultative advisor, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights supported by strong financial storytelling.
Key responsibilities include developing and presenting executive level Power BI dashboards, owning comprehensive headcount (FTE) reporting and forecasting, and ensuring staffing plans align with business and financial objectives. The lead will manage month end, quarter end, and year end close activities, including reconciliations and compliance with financial controls.
The role requires close cross functional collaboration with Finance, IT, Operations, Sales, and Business Partners to drive alignment, improve financial transparency, and support strategic initiatives. A strong focus will be placed on automation, process optimization, and efficiency improvements using advanced Excel, Power Automate, Oracle, and related financial systems.
Top Required Skills:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
Strong financial reporting and variance analysis skills, with the ability to present insights to senior leadership
Advanced technical skills in Power BI, Excel (Advanced), and financial systems such as Oracle
Top Preferred Skills:
Experience driving financial automation and process improvement using Power Automate or similar tools
Strong consultative and stakeholder management abilities across cross functional teams
Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive level presentations
