Job description
Become an Insurance Account Manager dedicated to small and mid-market enterprises in a hybrid setting. Enhance client satisfaction, manage renewals, and tailor commercial coverage effectively. This full-time position is suited for professionals with over two years in commercial insurance. You will closely work with clients to understand their unique needs and provide relevant solutions. Strong analytical skills and adaptability are essential in this role as you navigate both the client relationship and internal processes. Key Responsibilities: • Assess client needs to identify insurance exposures • Manage marketing specifications for renewals • Engage in community events to strengthen networks • Provide detailed support for client inquiries • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and representatives Requirements: • RIBO license essential; extra licenses helpful • 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance • Proficiency with EPIC or Microsoft Office Suite • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills • Fluent in French is an asset Sharpen your expertise in a role where client relationships and strategic solutions overlap. #J-18808-Ljbffr
