The On-Site Event Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the execution of events from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience. Acting as the main point of contact during events, this role coordinates with clients, vendors, and internal teams to bring each event to life according to plan.
Responsibilities include managing event timelines, supervising setup and breakdown, coordinating food and beverage service, and addressing any last-minute changes or issues in real time. The coordinator ensures all details are executed to the client’s expectations while maintaining the venue’s standards.
This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in managing both logistics and client interactions on-site.
