As a Senior Data Science and Machine Learning Specialistt, you will be the bridge between complex datasets and strategic business outcomes. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Analysis: Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and determine the most effective analytical approaches to support long-term goals.

Model Development: Design and implement sophisticated ML models, hypotheses, and algorithms to support automated decision-making.

Advanced Analytics: Apply data mining, predictive/prescriptive modeling, and advanced statistics to uncover complex relationships and trends within large datasets.

Optimization & Scaling: Develop efficient data loading and augmentation techniques to enhance model accuracy and ensure solutions are robust enough for automated, large-scale production.

Continuous Research: Stay at the forefront of the data science domain, identifying and adopting new tools and techniques to improve analysis efficiency and accuracy.

Technical Integration: Work closely with cloud environments to ensure data-intensive applications are effectively deployed and maintained.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Certifications
Required Experience:

7+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, ETL processes, and Database Design.

5+ years of experience working with GCP (Google Cloud Platform), Big Data, and BigQuery.

Technical Skills:

Strong foundation in Statistics and mathematical modeling.

Proficiency in designing scalable models suitable for automation.

Desired Knowledge (Preferred):

Cloud DevOps: Experience deploying data pipelines or data-intensive applications using containerization and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Development: Proficiency in Java or C#.

Web Development: Experience in web application development is a significant plus.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
