Job description
Are you looking for a stable role in a growing industry? We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented Food Production Specialists to join our team. In this role, you aren’t just a worker on a line—you are a key player in ensuring high-quality food products reach the tables of families across the region.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, modern facility where safety and quality are our top priorities. If you enjoy staying active, working with a close-knit team, and taking pride in what you create, we want to meet you!

Shift Times: Usually 8 hours, starting between 6:30 am. and 9:00 a.m. (Flexibility for evenings/weekends is appreciated!).

We have overtime available !

The Vibe: Energetic, clean, and highly organized.

Gear: We provide your PPE; you just need to bring your steel-toe boots and a lock for your locker.

The Space: You will rotate through our Prep, Cooking, Forming, and Packaging zones, ensuring your workdays stay dynamic.

Advantages
Career Growth: Join a stable, growing company that values internal promotion and skill development.

Professional Training: Get hands-on experience and certifications in industry-leading food safety (HACCP/GMP) and manufacturing processes.

Great Culture: Work with a supportive team of about 50 colleagues who look out for one another.

Competitive Compensation: We offer solid starting pay with opportunities for overtime and shift flexibility.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
As a vital part of our production cycle, your day-to-day will involve:

Crafting Quality: Assemble, mix, and package premium meat products (chicken, beef, and pork) following specialized recipes and standards.

Precision Operation: Monitor and operate production machinery safely and efficiently.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks to ensure every product meets our "gold standard" for safety and excellence.

Team Collaboration: Partner with your colleagues to hit production targets while maintaining a spotless, organized workspace.

Compliance & Safety: Maintain our high standards for HACCP, GMP, and WorkSafeBC requirements—keeping yourself and your teammates safe.

Qualifications
Reliability: You show up ready to go and thrive in a fast-paced, repetitive environment.

Physical Stamina: You are comfortable standing for your shift, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a brisk, temperature-controlled environment (4°C).

Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for quality and can maintain accurate production records.

Communication: You can follow instructions clearly in English and aren't afraid to speak up about safety or quality concerns.

Experience: Previous experience in food prep, kitchens, or warehouses is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most!

Summary
If you are reliable, punctual, and have production experience, we want to hear from you!

Note: Candidates will be screened for reliability and commitment. If you are not comfortable with cold environments or handling meat, please let us know so we can discuss other opportunities.
