Key Responsibilities include:
Comprehensive Digital Audit: Perform a full assessment of our Google Business Profile and social media platforms to ensure brand consistency and identify quick wins.
Social Media Management: Execute profile refreshes and develop a 3-month editorial calendar to harmonize our brand voice.
Special Project: Lead the TikTok Strategy & Compliance case study to determine if and how ALHHC should enter the short-form video space.
Content & Data Support: Draft marketing copy in English and French and track performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations.
Innovation: Collaborate with the AI Specialist to explore how emerging tools can optimize our content workflow.
