Job description
Enhance customer interactions as a Transaction Specialist in banking. Facilitate financial services, resolve issues, and recommend suitable banking solutions to clients. This position involves engaging directly with customers in a personal banking environment. You will be responsible for processing various transactions, understanding customer needs, and providing accurate information on banking products.
