Hourly salary of $28 to $32 based onexperience.
6monthcontract.
Parttime position : 20hours per week.
Work schedule : between 8 : 30 am and 6 : 30 pm.

Responsibilities :
Review and assess risk for external communications to ensurecompliance with privacy protocols adhering to clientspecificcommunication guidelines.
Attention to detail is required toprevent privacy breaches.
Bethorough and follow up to reconcile inconsistent or inaccurateinformation. Use excellent communication to provide feedback tocase managers and leaders when guidelines and expectations forprivacy and confidentiality are not met in emailcontent.
Analyze communicationsto document and track trends for continuousimprovement.
Handle group emailinbox promptly to meet turnaround times while maintainingquality.
Assist with other casemanagementrelated administrative tasks such as email communicationstool referrals processing invoicesetc.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Postsecondary education (college or universitylevel).
2 years of experience inan administrative office setting ispreferred.
Proficiency in usingMicrosoft Office Suite (Outlook Teams Excel OneNote OneDrivePowerPoint) and Adobe isrequired.
Excellent attention todetail and accuracy is essential.
Strong organizational prioritization and planning abilities arerequired.
Excellent written andoral communication skills areessential.
Bilingual in Englishand French (spoken and written) isrequired.
Flexibilityadaptability and the ability to cope with high workload volumes andconflicting deadlines arenecessary.
Ability to thrive in afastpaced environment.
Be a fastlearner who is analytical proactive and takesinitiative.
Ability to probeinvestigate apply critical judgment problem solve and takeownership of discrepancies / issues and see them through toresolution.
Capable ofcollaborating and building relationships with tact and diplomacywith internal partners.
Able towork independently as well as within ateam.
