Seasonal Merchandiser

We are looking for Seasonal Merchandiser to join our Field Sales team.

Seasonal Merchandisers report directly to a Sales Manager and work within our big box retailers Home Depot & Kent Building Supplies. As part of the day-to-day responsibilities Merchandisers execute merchandising directives and establish a positive rapport with store personnel and customers, and relay information to Scotts Sales team regarding inventory

opportunities.

This a contract position with a tentative start date of March 24th, and ends in August.

Hours per week on average : 32 - 38 hours

Key Work Performed :

• Merchandise Scotts products including restocking shelves, racks, and displays; cleaning and facing product; repairing or removing damaged items, etc.
• Drive in-store sales in conjunction with Scotts Sales Manager.
• Assemble fixtures and displays in-store.
• Install and maintain point of purchase materials.
• Provide recommendations and product knowledge to both consumers and retail customer associates.
• Provide consumer product education.
