We are re-defining the fleet management industry to be people first, then business – delivering on our promise of a superior client experience. This takes hard work and innovation, and we need more like-minded people on our team.

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative professional to join our team in a 12 month Fixed Term role as Change Management Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies that enable successful adoption of enterprise transformation initiatives. You will ensure stakeholders are prepared, engaged, and supported through change by aligning communication, training, and engagement efforts to business objectives. The position is accountable for driving sustained behavioral change, minimizing disruption, and ensuring initiatives deliver intended operational and client outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute end-to-end change management strategies aligned to program roadmaps, ensuring readiness, adoption, and sustained behavioral change.
  • Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations to identify risks and implement mitigation plans that support successful transformation outcomes.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive communication strategies that clearly articulate the purpose, benefits, and impact of change.
  • Engage stakeholders across functions, including leadership, to build alignment, maintain transparency, and foster commitment to change initiatives.
  • Design and deliver role-based training programs and enablement materials that equip stakeholders with the knowledge and tools required to adopt new processes and systems.
  • Support go-live readiness and transition to ongoing operations through structured support models and knowledge transfer.
  • Define, track, and analyze adoption and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement through iterative enhancements to training, communications, and processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate change management activities into program delivery plans, ensuring alignment across release cycles and business priorities.
  • Establish and leverage change champion networks and feedback mechanisms to capture insights, reinforce adoption, and inform ongoing improvements.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Change, Communications, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience accepted.
  • 10+ years of experience leading change management initiatives for enterprise-scale transformations.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting platform implementations such as ERP, eProcurement, ordering systems, or customer-facing portals.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute change strategies across communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable messaging.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in regulated or operationally complex environments (e.g., fleet, automotive, logistics, financial services).
  • Professional certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
