Job description
We’re not looking for “help.” We’re looking for a rockstar. Someone who walks into a home and immediately makes life smoother, calmer, and more organized all while creating a space where kids feel safe, energized, and genuinely cared for. This is a high-trust, high-impact role supporting a busy family. What You’ll Own The Household (Your #1 Priority) You are the engine behind a well-run home — both big picture and day-to-day execution. Own calendars, schedules, and logistics — no conflicts, no surprises Coordinate travel, itineraries, and accommodations seamlessly Manage vendors, contractors, and home projects with confidence Run errands, oversee shopping, and keep life efficient Track expenses and keep everything organized and dialed in Support event planning and family commitments Coordinate pet care (vet visits, grooming, boarding) Daily Household Execution: Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the home Handle daily cleaning tasks (kitchen, surfaces, tidying, reset of spaces) Manage laundry end-to-end (washing, folding, putting away) Keep household supplies stocked and organized Ensure the home is consistently guest-ready and running smoothly This isn’t just upkeep — this is ownership of the environment. The Kids (Where You Show Up Daily) You’re a steady, positive presence in their world. Provide reliable, attentive care in a calm and engaging way Handle school drop-offs, pickups, and activities smoothly Support routines (meals, bedtime, daily structure) The Glue You make everything feel easy — even when it’s not. Step in where needed without being asked Support all members of the household with professionalism Handle sensitive matters with absolute discretion Spot problems before they happen and solve them early Bring calm, structure, and reliability to every day Who You Are You’re not average — and you don’t want an average role.
