Job Title: Accounts Receivable / Credit Administrator

Location: Kitchener
Job Type: Temporary month
Salary$-/hour
Work Model: In Office


This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Our client in Kitchner , ON is actively looking for an Job Title to join their team.

Responsibilities

· Process and post Customer Account payments, balancing batches in accordance with financial policies and procedures. This could include cheques, Credit card, branch deposit & EFT's.

· Research customer payment discrepancies ( reconcile short payments, over payments, and communicating with branch or customers as required). Maintain records of same and update ongoing resolution.

· Set up new customer accounts in the ERP system.

· Manage trade reference requests and assist on customer credit reviews.

· Assist with various reports (inactive customer, unapplied cash, tax reporting, purchase order corrections, etc.)

· Work closely with Finance team to support ongoing technology initiatives.

· Other duties assigned, including but not limited to, cross training with Accounts Payable Department.

Requirements:

· Minimum secondary Education, business diploma or degree with financial concentration or relevant finance experience required.

· At least - years' experience in working in a credit environment would be considered an asset.

· Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel and Word.

· Proficient in Power BI and Microsoft CoPilot would be considered an asset.

· Ability to create reports and write documentation.

· Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.

· Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.

· Actively participate in a team environment.

· Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to prioritize work assignments in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong relationship builder – able to establish both internal and external customer working relationships.

· Willingness to go the extra mile.

· Experience with SX Enterprise is an asset.
