Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.

Could you be the full-time OCS Bonding Project Coordinator in Toronto, ON, we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your electrical and civil engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and solution-oriented teammates.

You'll play a vital role in coordinating the OCS Bonding needs for the project, ensuring seamless integration and delivery. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, site construction teams), liaise with external stakeholders like customers and utility providers, and oversee the coordination of subcontractors and suppliers, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of gathering and managing electrical needs in collaboration with the Signalling team, as well as coordinating design production and installation interfaces, but also support construction teams and ensure compliance with permits and licenses.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Coordinating bonding delivery based on the needs of internal stakeholders

  • Gathering and managing electrical requirements in interface with the Signalling team

  • Coordinating the production and submission of designs (calculation notes, layouts) based on utility requirements

  • Managing requests for permits and licenses as per project needs

  • Overseeing construction subcontractors for the OCS Bonding Scope

  • Providing installation interface support to customers, partners, and subcontractors

  • Preparing and following up on all correspondences related to OCS Bonding activities

  • Defining technical criteria and evaluating subcontractors/suppliers

  • Reviewing and updating Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

  • Participating in collecting lessons learned (REX) on OCS Bonding installation

  • Reviewing and obtaining approval for design deliverables and responding to comments

  • Strong knowledge of electrical and installation engineering

  • Familiarity with ESA rules, Canadian electrical standards, and common practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Analytical and critical thinking abilities

  • Problem-solving skills and decision-making ability

  • Resilience and a proactive mindset

  • Fluency in English (a second language is appreciated)

Things you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines

  • Work with new security standards for rail signalling

  • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues

  • Contribute to innovative projects

  • Utilise our inclusive and dynamic working environment

  • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries
