Job description
Harness AI to revolutionize Control-M processes as a Principal Consultant. Enhance operational strategies and lead incident management in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for end-to-end Control-M administration, guiding complex implementations while supporting junior team members. Your role is essential in analyzing incidents and optimizing batch stream configurations, ensuring high-quality performance standards are met. Key Responsibilities: • Implement and configure Control-M solutions • Provide technical assistance to junior team members • Address and escalate incidents effectively • Perform root cause analysis for critical issues • Ensure compliance with quality service levels Requirements: • Degree in Computer Science or related fields • Expertise in Control-M v9.20 and v9.21 • Familiarity with SQL and database frameworks • Understanding of Linux OS and ITIL standards • Strong problem-solving and communication capabilities Maximize your potential by navigating innovative technologies in a supportive environment, making a meaningful impact through your work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
