Job description
Become a leader in fraud strategy and risk management. Execute and enhance prevention strategies for consumer lending products using insights from data analytics in a collaborative hybrid work setting. As the Fraud Strategy Manager, you'll play a crucial role in the design and optimization of fraud solutions. Collaborating with multiple departments, you'll manage complex fraud projects and mentor your team. Your ability to analyze data will be vital in balancing fraud risks with customer experience and business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Execute and refine fraud prevention strategies • Identify and address emerging fraud risks • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders • Provide insights to senior leadership teams • Support team development and knowledge sharing Requirements: • 5+ years in fraud risk management roles • Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools • Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and leadership skills Leverage your expertise in fraud prevention to drive impactful results and safeguard organizational integrity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
