Job description
Lead as the Chief Administrative Officer, shaping the future of a First Nations organization amidst change. Drive operational success through effective management of HR and financial practices. As the CAO, you will play a crucial role in navigating the administrative strategies that fulfill the goals set by the Executive Council. This entails overseeing financial administration, human resources, and ensuring the organization meets its regulatory obligations in a fast-evolving political climate. Your focus on fostering strong community engagement will enhance trust and transparency across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee execution of organizational mandates by the Executive Council • Manage administrative operations and staff resources strategically • Facilitate transparent communications between Executive and staff • Ensure the development of policies that resonate with community values • Track performance and compliance in departmental operations Requirements: • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in similar contexts • Extensive knowledge of First Nations governance and accountability • Relevant educational background in administration or related fields • Capable of budgeting and financial oversight • Experience in enhancing community relationships Embrace the opportunity to lead transformative change, ensuring alignment with organizational vision and community values in a thriving administrative environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
