Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized care for residents regularly.
  • Coordinate resident assessments and service plans.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond to health emergencies and ensure compliance with safety policies.
  • Coach Care Services team members.

Qualifications:

  • RN or RPN designation with current registration.
  • CPR & First Aid Certification.
  • Knowledge of seniors’ retirement housing and relevant legislation.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
