Job description
Leverage your expertise as a Senior HR Manager while driving talent solutions and change management strategies in a remote capacity. Partner with leaders to foster organizational success and employee development. This role emphasizes strategic HR leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance across the organization. You will provide oversight on key HR processes and lead initiatives to enhance performance management, employee relations, and talent management. By analyzing HR metrics, your decisions will inform and optimize talent strategies that support workforce planning and organizational growth.
