This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Our client in York Region, ON is actively looking for a RIBO licensed Insurance Broker / Customer Service Representative to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to personal and commercial insurance clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, renewals, and coverage explanations
  • Review client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options to ensure adequate protection
  • Prepare and process policy documentation, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records within the brokerage management system
  • Work closely with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, process changes, and resolve policy issues
  • Support the renewal process by reviewing existing policies and identifying opportunities for coverage improvements
  • Respond promptly to client questions and provide guidance on claims processes when needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and consistent client service
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and brokerage standards
Qualifications:
  • Active RIBO License (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) required
  • Previous experience handling personal and/or commercial lines insurance
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with brokerage management systems; PowerBroker & CompuQuote experience is considered an asset
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, small-office environment
