Job description
As a Site Manager in Timmins, you will oversee the critical initial stages of the analytical process within a high-speed laboratory environment. This full-time, permanent position offers an annual salary of $60,000. You will lead the intake team, manage data entry, and coordinate inventory, all while enjoying a stable day shift and a comprehensive benefits package starting after your first three months of employment.

Responsibilities
- Direct the daily workflow of the login department
- Oversee the physical handling, cataloging, and transport of materials, including managing staff responsible for crushing, splitting, and pulverizing
- Maintain data integrity by supervising the input of all client information and order details into the software
- Resolve discrepancies regarding client instructions and act as the primary liaison for corrective actions and risk management.
- As the Site Manager, you will handle logistics for product pickups and manage the procurement of essential inventory like labels and packaging.

Qualifications
- You have strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- You bring at least three years of proven leadership experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
- You demonstrate the physical capability to assist with lifting and moving materials weighing up to 23kg when required.
- Your background includes a high level of computer proficiencies with various software systems and a strong understanding of SOP and QC adherence.
- You have a track record of performing well under pressure while maintaining the organizational skills needed to manage multiple site workflows.
