The opportunity

EY-Parthenon is an established industry-leading consulting practice that has the resources to serve any client, anywhere in the world. You will have the opportunity to develop your career in a friendly, collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment through a broad scope of engagements, mentoring and formal learning. Our team is gender and culturally diverse, and we welcome people from a range of professional backgrounds.

Our Infrastructure Advisory sub service line, within EY-Parthenon, is trusted by public sector ministries and agencies, as well as by private sector companies, for its expertise in infrastructure, including strategy and business case development, commercial and risk advisory, financing, transaction structuring, modelling and management of procurement processes. We are regularly named by our industry peers as Infrastructure Financial Advisor of the Year in Canada and the Americas.

Our Infrastructure Advisory practice helps deliver some of Canada’s most complex and nation‑building infrastructure, advising across the full project lifecycle—from strategy, policy and business case development through transactions, delivery, asset management, renewal and disposal. We work at the forefront of transportation, energy, utilities, healthcare, environmental and social infrastructure, supporting transformative projects such as Alto (high‑speed rail), the East‑West Pipeline, the Northern Corridor Transmission Line expansion, and major hydroelectric developments including Muskrat Falls and Site C, alongside signature initiatives like the Champlain Bridge, Ontario Line and Blue Line subway expansions, Valley Line West LRT, major hospitals, highways, schools and municipal assets. We advise governments, sponsors and Indigenous Nations on meaningful Indigenous participation and are trusted nationwide for our expertise across P3 and progressive delivery models to create lasting public and Indigenous value.

We are a growing practice that has the resources to serve any client, anywhere in the world. With so many offerings, you will have the opportunity to develop your career in a friendly, collaborative environment through a broad scope of engagements, mentoring and formal learning. We develop outstanding leaders who team to deliver on our promises to all our stakeholders, and in so doing, play a critical role in building a better working world for our people, for our clients and for our communities.
