Shape the future of Equities Trading Technology as a Director. Manage technology innovations and enhance collaboration with trading desks in a thriving market environment. You will lead a team of technology experts specializing in capital markets, focusing on enhancing trading systems for institutional desks. Your experience in managing diverse teams will be key as you interface directly with front office operations and other business units to drive progress. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee a senior team managing trading applications • Foster alignment with strategy across technology teams • Cultivate strong relationships with front office trading desks • Stay informed on market regulations and tech trends • Lead team development initiatives and succession planning Requirements: • 8–10 years of experience managing in Capital Markets • Strong knowledge of Equities Trading processes • Familiarity with Trading applications and FIX standards • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Computer Science degree or related education Leverage your expertise to enhance trading technology and create an inclusive, high-performance work culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
