Arctic Wolf is seeking a Director, Product – Endpoint Detection & Response to lead product strategy for endpoint security and innovation. The role will work closely with engineering, UX, security services and other product stakeholders to deliver high‑quality EDR solutions.
Location
Remote‑Canada & Hybrid‑Waterloo‑ON‑CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for EDR aligning with the company roadmap and go‑to‑market objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal influencers such as engineering, UX, sales engineering, and Customer SOC teams.
- Collaborate with other Product Managers and cross‑functional teams to identify interactions, flag dependencies/risks, and deliver cross‑product and business‑unit deliverables.
- Proactively drive operational needs within the assigned area, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Partner with UX to ensure the user experience of each release is at the center of delivery.
- Translate high‑level product goals into detailed requirements with the R&D team and prioritize the product backlog for engineering.
- Analyze and report on product performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a technical or product role.
- Experience working with global teams, especially offshore.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with SaaS or cybersecurity products.
- Proven track record of collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high‑quality products on time.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across time zones.
Preferred Skills
- Experience scaling a product team in a rapidly growing organization.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and risk‑management frameworks.
Security Requirements
- Conduct duties in accordance with AWN’s Information Security policies, standards, processes, and controls.
- Background checks required.
- Position may require access to information protected under U.S. export control laws. Employment offer may be conditioned on authorization to receive controlled technology or software.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: 164,000 to 287,000 CAD annually, plus variable incentive compensation, new‑hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package. All employees receive:
