Through hands-on training and mentorship, you will: Learn the fundamentals of aluminum permanent mold casting Progress from finishing operations into casting responsibilities Receive structured, on-the-job training supported by experienced Cell Leaders Develop technical skills, safety awareness, and continuous improvement practices Gain opportunities for advancement into higher-skilled casting roles No prior casting experience is required – we invest in your development and support your growth every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities: Participate fully in training programs provided Manufacture castings in a team-oriented production environment Perform cutting, sanding and grinding of castings Progress into casting duties as training milestones are achieved Work collaboratively with other Finishers, Casters and Cell Leaders to meet delivery commitments Apply 5S and Continuous Improvement practices What You Bring: Ability to follow procedures and willingness to learn new skills Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs Ability to communicate in English (verbal & written) Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Flexibility with working overtime Previous exposure to a lean manufacturing environment is an asset We thank all applicants in advance for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
