Joignez-vous aux Programmes de soutien aux patients de McKesson afin d’aider les patients à commencer et à maintenir leurs traitements de spécialité. About the Role:
Join McKesson’s Patient Support Programs to help patients start and stay on specialty therapies. As a Bilingual Nurse Case Manager, you’ll serve as the single point of contact for prescribers, clinic staff, and patients—coordinating onboarding, education, and ongoing adherence support across the treatment journey. This field/remote role includes travel to clinics, homes, or virtual visits to deliver injection training, disease/medication education, and to liaise with care teams for smooth, timely access to therapy.
