This job posting is for a new position in Ottawa within our organization.

Job description:

  • Creating quotes, tracking expirations, managing renewals, and ensuring pricing accuracy.

  • Preparing order forms, agreements, invoices, and maintaining CRM records.

  • Responding to client inquiries, scheduling calls, and assisting with follow-ups.

  • Handling purchase orders, coordinating with finance, and ensuring smooth fulfillment.

  • Generate quarterly sales reports or forecasts for management.

  • Serving as a link between sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

Skills

  • Ideally, education in Finance/Administration or Sales&Marketing

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills

  • Excellent communication, clear, concise, and professional

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

  • Customer-oriented and proactive problem-solving
