We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeping Assistant to support our finance team in maintaining accurate financial records. This fully remote position is ideal for individuals looking for a flexible opportunity to grow their administrative and accounting skills in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with recording daily financial transactions in accounting systems
Maintain and update financial records with accuracy
Support accounts payable and receivable processes
Reconcile basic account discrepancies
Organise invoices, receipts, and supporting documents
Assist with preparing simple financial reports
Perform general administrative tasks related to bookkeeping
Qualifications
Basic understanding of bookkeeping or accounting principles is an asset
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Comfortable using computers and online tools (e.g., spreadsheets, accounting software)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good written and verbal communication skills
