The company has built a strong 50+ engineering team and building upon its technical DNA, the company is looking to grow into the IT Resourcing market and to serve that mission, we are looking to hire Sales Professionals in major Provinces across Canada.
This position is responsible for bringing in new Resourcing accounts and business preferably in the Government space at Federal / Provincial / Municipal level. Relationships in other verticals is a Bonus.
Job Title: Sales Representative - Technical Resourcing

Role and Responsibilities:
- You have the relationships and deep working knowledge of the IT resourcing market in Provincial, or Municipal Govt Market and you are an established Expert in this line of business. You will be responsible for bringing established relationships and active accounts that translate into revenue in the near term.
- This is a solo role which will be supported by Senior Management and an experienced delivery team.

- This position is not for people who do not have proven experience in the IT Resourcing line of business. We are looking for professionals who should have SOLELY focused and specialized in this line of business. We will measure success by signed and realized business. This role is not to establish new relationships from scratch; you should have a baseline of established relationships that want to continue working with you. It is not for professionals who can not aim high. To fit into the culture, you should have been a super achiever in the past years and be willing to take your game to the next level!
Fractional Work: While this is a full time position, we are open to fractional / Contract work in certain situations on special terms.
