Dynamic Family Physician in Integrated Collaborative Care Setting

In this full-time role, you'll address a wide array of health needs from primary care to mental health and substance services. The position promotes a collaborative approach, working with other professionals to enhance youth health. You'll offer consultations, sexual health advice, and participate in programs designed to meet the healthcare challenges young people face today.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide full-scope primary care and support services
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams for collaborative care
• Assess mental health conditions and provide guidance
• Offer virtual consultations and harm reduction strategies
• Available for same-day patient needs when feasible

Requirements :

• Must be licensed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC
• CCFP certification required
• Experience in a collaborative practice model
• Familiarity with youth issues and health
• Commitment to Indigenous health practices
