Job description
Take on a dynamic leadership role as Vice President of Integrated Care and Experience. Focus on healthcare equity and privacy compliance while fostering client-centered services in a hybrid work setting. You will lead a multifaceted approach to integrated health services within community settings, ensuring that diverse populations receive high-quality care. This role encompasses managing privacy legislation adherence, developing service strategies, and enhancing collaboration among community stakeholders. You will spearhead efforts to evolve program offerings that respond effectively to the health needs of various demographic groups. Key Responsibilities: • Drive initiatives across equity-based health programs • Ensure privacy compliance within all service areas • Collaborate with community partners to address health disparities • Develop strategic vision alongside senior leadership • Monitor program outcomes to enhance service delivery Requirements: • Master’s degree in health or administration preferred • Extensive experience in community health services • Familiarity with health system transformations beneficial • Leadership in team management and mentorship • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Lead innovative health strategies while ensuring integrated care and robust privacy practices to meet community demands. #J-18808-Ljbffr
