Job description
Join the ranks of operations support to streamline processes in accounts payable and payroll functions. Utilize your expertise in invoice verification and benefits administration for overall efficiency. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including processing accounts payable invoices and managing payroll entries. Emphasizing teamwork and communication, this role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals skilled in software applications. You’ll play a crucial role in administrating payroll, benefits, and relevant compliance efforts. Key Responsibilities: • Verify and enter invoices into the system • Process changes to benefits and insurance coverage • Review and enter weekly payroll shifts • Address WSIB claims and coordination • Assist with maintaining uniform and voucher processes Requirements: • Post-secondary education in Business or related area • 1-2 years in payroll or benefits administration • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools • Familiarity with WSIB guidelines • Strong communication and organizational skills Enhance operational support functions and ensure the seamless execution of accounts payable and payroll processes while fostering collaborative workplace relations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
