About the Role
Job type: Part-Time with opportunity for Full-Time (in-person)
Location: Langley, British Columbia
Compensation: $21.11 - $28.67 per hour
This role supports the sales team (who we call Growth Consultants) by keeping our pipeline organized, qualifying leads, preparing documents, and making sure Growth Consultants walk into every session with the context they need. The person in this role is a self-starter, they're motivated to learn, and they have a passion for helping others.
This role provides an opportunity for career growth, with a path to broader sales responsibilities and leadership.
What You'll Do
Pipeline & Activity Organization
- Maintain Pipedrive so all deals are in the right stage and organized
- Monitor the leads inbox and qualify incoming leads
Connecting With Future Partners
- Possibly taking the first call from incoming leads and assessing how Longhouse can help.
- Ask the right questions to help us understand their timeline, budget, and goals.
Communication and Follow-Up
- Send follow-up emails to potential partners in the pipeline
- Prepare intro and project handoff emails when deals move between stages or team members
Prepare Documents & Conduct Research
- Prepare authorization forms, draft agreements, and create intake material
- Draft emails on behalf of the Growth Consultant
- Compile pre-meeting research on incoming leads, covering their website, current marketing activity, and relevant background
Daily Preparation
- Review Growth Consultants' calendars to help prepare for upcoming sessions
- Confirm phones are on and ready before the day's first call
What We're Looking For
Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Pipedrive, or similar platforms
- Strong written communication, including the ability to write professional emails
- Comfortable and confident speaking to potential partners on the phone
- Ability to manage a shared inbox with attention to detail
- Comfortable doing research and creating summaries
- Ability to be pro-active and support the sales team with upcoming meetings, RFPs and questions coming in from potential partners.
