Job description

Kelly is hiring!

We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our client’s team as a Sales Lead in Woodbridge, ON.

This is a full-time, permanent position in which you will help our client bring in more customers and business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate and qualify new leads through networking, cold calling, and researching potential clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Identify trends in the market and provide actionable feedback to the leadership teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years sales experience with acquiring new customers
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach (calls, emails, messaging)

What would be a bonus:

  • Experience in the Transport and Logistics industry
  • Post-secondary education

Compensation:

  • $90,000 - $120,000/year base salary
  • Uncapped commission (% of sales)
