About the OpportunityAdministration- Acts as the customer service representative by answering inquiries from clients and employees
- Responsible for data entry and maintenance of other administrative functions relating to monthly billing production and day-to-day administration
- Maintains and files correspondence, enrolments, changes and other documents as it relates to each client
- Produces and coordinates required documents and reports in support of the various HR services
- Provides back-up support to the other HR & Business Services team members
- Other duties as assigned
Client Relations Support- Builds client relations and liaises with various consultants and service providers through phone, e-mail, letters, reports, face-to-face meetings and presentations
- Supports clients by providing interpretation and recommendations for various HR services
- Works closely with internal and external teams to coordinate services across all companies business lines
Business & Product Development- Supports sales through cross selling initiatives
- Facilitates face-to-face client meetings with focus on ensuring the client’s needs are met
- In coordination with various HR & Business Services Team members participates in the design, development and execution of marketing, communications and sales material
- Works with various members of the HR & Business Services Team to proactively identify client needs and provide input on how to facilitate new requirements and/or streamline requirements and processes within the department.
- Works with various HR & Business Services Team members to provide input on how to improve business practices for department efficiencies and heightens service deliverables to clients.
About YouEducational & Experience Requirements- Working towards CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) designation an asset
- 3 years’ experience in group benefits/HR or other related fields
Skills & Knowledge - Strong database (emphasis on benefits administration systems) and computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, high energy team player
Working Conditions- Professional office environment
- Some overtime required
- Travel within Ontario required
Pay Range:$70,000- $75,000 per year
