Job description
Looking for a nanny 20-30 hours/week Monday to Friday. I have a three year-old and I am eight months pregnant so as of May, we will have a newborn as well. I will be on maternity leave for 18 months starting May and I'll be busy taking care of our newborn, but we are looking for someone to assist with our toddler, housekeeping, and meal prep. This may include playing with my toddler while I'm dealing with the new baby, or taking care of them both while I'm out running errands. When I return to work after 18 months, we would increase the hours to 30-35 per week. Important: we do not allow any screen time (no TV). We engage her with toys, games, books, learning activities, singing songs, dancing to music, arts and crafts and spending a lot of time outdoors. We have a large dog who is very friendly and gentle. You must be comfortable with large dogs. This person will also assist with full housekeeping duties (vacuum, mop, change sheets, laundry, bathrooms) while the kids nap, and preparing meals (chopping vegetables and making snacks). Looking for a nanny who is bubbly, energetic, engaging, interactive, playful. Willing to play on the floor, dance around the room, etc. You MUST have professional nanny experience (not just babysitting for a few hours or taking care of siblings/nephew etc). Looking for someone to start in May. We are looking for someone who can commit to at least one year with us.
