The Opportunity
We are seeking aEngineering Manager for our Software Development team that will play a pivotal leadership role within our Engineering division. This position is responsible for defining and driving the trajectory of the software development function, balancing day‑to‑day operational leadership with longer‑term strategic planning.
In this role, you will lead and influence how software is developed, scaled, and aligned with business priorities. You'll have a meaningful voice in shaping department staffing, defining the software technology roadmap, and ensuring strong alignment between engineering initiatives and business objectives. Your work will directly support the creation and expansion of software‑driven opportunities.
