The Opportunity
This position is based at our Montreal office within the Nutrition division and requires on‑site presence four days per week, with the option to work remotely one day.
As the Marketing Specialist, you’ll have the chance to supports the execution of brand and commercial strategies to drive growth, strengthen brand equity, and improve in‑market performance. This role plays a key part in campaign activation, performance tracking, and cross‑functional coordination across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and external agency partners. The Specialist brings strong analytical skills, consumer understanding, and project‑management capability to ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives across digital, retail, and experiential channels.

What You’ll Do
- Marketing & Campaign ExecutionSupport the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, shopper, and experiential channels.Collaborate with agency partners on creative development, asset adaptation, and timely content delivery.Coordinate brand activation materials, including digital campaigns, social media content, and promotional assets.
- Business Performance & AnalyticsMonitor competitive and brand performance using internal dashboards, syndicated data, and retailer insights.Prepare weekly and monthly business reports, tracking KPIs and highlighting key trends, risks, and variances.Translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Project Management & OperationsCoordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure high‑quality, on‑time execution of initiatives.Manage day‑to‑day administrative and operational activities, including invoicing, budget tracking, and asset management.Support commercialization activities related to innovation launches, renovations, and packaging updates.
- Cross‑Functional CollaborationPartner with Retail and HCP Sales teams to support customer‑specific programs and sell‑in materials.Collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance to align forecasts, budgets, and inventory requirements.Liaise with Regulatory, Nutrition Science, and Legal teams to ensure compliant communications and claims approval.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
- 1-3 Years of Experience.
- The incumbent must be able to communicate well in English (50% of the time), as his or her duties require interaction with stakeholders and colleagues outside Quebec and Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant experience in marketing, brand management, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or agency environment .
