Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare professional correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports in alignment with corporate standards.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and events, including maintaining calendars and ensuring all logistics are organized.
- Respond to general inquiries and requests for information; address complaints or issues, or escalate them to the appropriate contact as needed.
- Perform basic budget tracking, data entry, and support ad hoc projects and requests.
- Track, input, and generate time and reporting data using SAP.
- Utilize information readily available within the unit/team, in accordance with access permissions.
- Provide administrative and project support for various initiatives within the team.
- Offer functional guidance and support to junior staff, as required.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Completion of a post-secondary program in administrative or business support, combined with 1–3 years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
- Strong typing and keyboarding abilities, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.
- Ability to perform occasional light lifting of office supplies and materials.
- Comfortable working for extended periods at a computer, including regular use of keyboards and screens in a primarily office-based environment.
Hourly Rate/Salary: $ 54,688.00 - $ 72,917.00
