NOW HIRING: Industrial Equipment Operators

Are you mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and ready to grow your career in Edmonton’s manufacturing sector? We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Equipment Operator to join our production team—and we want to hear from you!


Shifts Available:

Day Shift (2 Openings): 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Perfect for early birds!)

Afternoon Shift (1 Opening): 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Beat the morning rush!)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Heavy Lifting & Loading: Masterfully operating overhead cranes and forklifts to keep production moving.

Precision Engineering: Using high-end measuring equipment to ensure every product meets our "gold standard" before it leaves the floor.

System Oversight: Getting hands-on with Hydraulic Systems, Steam Boilers, and Pressure Vessels.

Blueprint Execution: Reading and interpreting technical drawings and written instructions with total accuracy.

Creative Problem Solving: Bringing your initiative to the table to fix issues on the fly and improve quality.


Advantages
Day shift 6:00 AM - 2:30 Pm

Afternoon shift 2:00 pm - 10 PM

Pay rate- $25/hr

Responsibilities
Safe Equipment Operation: Certified forklift and overhead crane operator.

Quality Assurance: High-accuracy measurement and technical documentation.

Systems Expertise: Proficient in hydraulics, steam boilers, and pressure vessel safety.

Physical Readiness: Capable of heavy lifting and safe material movement in fast-paced environments.

Adaptive Thinking: Resourceful problem-solver focused on manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications
The Skills: Proficiency with hand/power tools and safe machine operation.

The Mindset: A mature, reliable attitude toward hard work and shop floor culture.

The Strength: Physically fit and capable of safe manual handling (using proper aids).

The Assets: A valid Forklift Certification and Overhead Crane experience are highly valued
