Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Provide support to clients using our time and scheduling management application
- Collaborate with other client support teams involved in payroll services
- Inform relevant stakeholders when client issues arise
- Recommend optimal solutions tailored to each client’s business context
- Perform required configuration within the application
- Coordinate and conduct quality assurance for delivered modifications
- Train clients on our various solutions
- Assist clients in adopting and using new functionalities
- Document client‑specific requirements and key events
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- College diploma in administration, accounting, or a related field, or any equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in time management
- Knowledge of time and scheduling management solutions (timesheets, time capture)
- Experience in an IT or office technology environment
- Proficiency with modern communication tools
- Knowledge of the payroll preparation cycle (an asset)
- Relevant experience in enterprise implementation projects (an asset)
- In‑depth knowledge of various payroll applications (an asset)
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and planning skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Excellent communication abilities
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Proficiency with office productivity tools
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (essential)
- Openness to emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, and willingness to act as a change ambassador to support adoption within teams
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
