About the role

We’re looking for a Data Analyst II to join our growing team!

Who are we?

The Supply Chain team supports Claims by managing key vendor relationships and coordinating services that resolve claims—auto repairs, rental cars, parts/estimating processes, and home renovation contractors. We act as the link between Claims and external partners across multiple regions, including support during CAT events.

The role

As a Data Analyst within the Claims Supply Chain team, you’ll be the team’s go-to “data geek,” turning complex, multi-source claims and vendor data into clear insights that improve outcomes. This is a highly cross-functional, collaborative role with touchpoints across regions—supporting day-to-day performance management (including auto shop vetting) and scaling insights during CAT events.

You’ll build and publish Power BI and Excel reporting, monitor KPIs and productivity trends, investigate outliers, and deliver actionable recommendations. You’ll also strengthen how the team uses data by keeping datasets clean, maintaining a reliable data inventory, documenting workflows for training/audit needs, and developing new technical solutions as partner and business needs evolve.

Location: This position is available in Toronto, Mississauga, Calgary, Laval and Montreal offices.

What you'll do here:

  • Create and publish reports.
  • Monitor, identify, and analyze trends, explaining outliers and providing influential feedback related to results and productivity.
  • Consolidate data from various sources, ensuring data is clean.
  • Build and maintain an inventory of data and support the monitoring of KPIs.
  • Proactively identify new data elements that may provide further insight into performance or business trends.
  • Analyze and present information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences within the organization.
  • Create and maintain effective documentation to assist in training and reinforcement of workflows & best practices, and to satisfy audit protocol.
  • Conceptualize, develop, and implement technical solutions to meet the evolving needs of our partners.
  • Work in collaboration with project team members, leading the development of new reports using PowerB and Excel.
  • Support ad hoc reporting as new needs arise.
  • Proactively identify new data elements that may provide insight into performance.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data-related field (i.e., Finance, Mathematics, Science, Statistics, AI, Computer Science, etc.), or any combination of equivalent education and experience
  • Between 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience as a data analyst – is required.
  • Advanced Excel; comfortable building and troubleshooting spreadsheets that use VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and multi-step formulas to reconcile data and explain outliers – is required.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required (English & French) - considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues and external vendors across the country.
  • Can communicate effectively with diverse audiences verbally and in writing
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, managing competing priorities to meet deadlines
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Dynamic individual with a high level of energy and strong initiative
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
