Your Opportunity
As an IS/IT Auditorin ourTechnology Risk AssuranceGroup you will report to ourAudit & Assurance Practice. This is a new role where the successful candidate will be able to work out of any of our Canadian offices and own the following responsibilities:
Perform assessments of IT General Controls for purposes of financial statement auditsand prepareappropriate workingpapers, including gathering information aroundunderstanding the client’s IT environmentand requestingdata to support these activities.
Collaborate with Managers to scope, budget, andultimately reviewfiles prepared by juniorIS/IT auditors.
Review, document, evaluate, and test business processes and internal controls for design and operational effectiveness in a wide range of environments and industries.
Develop client deliverables, including risk assessments, analyses, recommendations, andreporting documentation.
Provideclients adviceregardingrecommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with engagement teams toestablishtimelines and ensure high quality clientservice.
Assist Managers with business development proposals on existing/new clients.
Maintain a proactive and logical approach to information gathering and present complex ideasthrough clear communications.
Build positive working relationships with clients andidentifyimprovements for future assignments.

Your experience and education
You haveat least3 years of professional experience inexternal audit,risk advisory,consultingorinternal audit.
You have completed auniversity degree,certificate,or diploma program inaccounting,businessor commerce with a focus on technology.
Additional experience in IT security, cybersecurityor network operations would be considered an asset.
Completed all the pre-requisite courses for the CPA programandworking towards or planning to work towards CPA Canada’s Chartered Professional Accountant designation; and/or
Working towards ISACA’s Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) designation
You have a desire to provide outstanding client service and a commitment to teamwork
You display strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills
Fluency in both English and French is an asset
Pay Range:$60,000 - $90,000/annum
