This strategic role will have you interacting with stakeholders at all levels, in a dynamic and stimulating environment. Throughout your journey, you’ll be supported by a community of solution architecture advisors united by collaboration and knowledge‑sharing.

• Understand and analyze all business requirements to transform them into high‑level requirements;
• Participate in pre‑sales meetings to help sales teams draft technical responses to RFPs;
• Identify the impacts and risks of each solution and make recommendations on how to develop the solution;
• Provide technical leadership and share your expertise and knowledge with team members;
• Monitor and validate the detailed architectures defined by technical architecture advisors to ensure that the proposed concepts meet business requirements;
• Drive the evolution of technical practices and solutions to ensure and improve the stability, performance and security of existing ecosystems;
• Present solutions to clients and support them throughout the project.

Keys to your success

• Bachelor's degree in computer science
• AWS or Azure certification (Solutions Architect)
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with 5 years in software or organic architecture
• Experience in large‑scale products, including system migration or implementation of solutions such as CRM, ECM, CMS, ERP or other software packages
• Experience in the following technologies: Architecture modelling: C4 or ArchiMate; Programming languages: Java or .NET; Event management tools: Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ
• Ability to simultaneously manage complex, multi‑faceted projects (business, development, infrastructure, security)
• Strong leadership, initiative, and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
• Certifications in Power Platform, automation, Kubernetes, etc.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and cybersecurity
• Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a regular basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
