We are looking for an Associate Principal, Strategic Execution to lead the successful delivery of complex medical, clinical, and commercial programs while serving as a trusted partner to clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for a seasoned project management leader who thrives in fast-paced agency, consultancy, or healthcare environments and knows how to bring clarity, momentum, and excellence to every stage of execution.
About the Role
As an Associate Principal, Strategic Execution, you will own the end-to-end delivery of high-impact programs, translating strategic vision into flawless execution across planning, content, engagement, and live or virtual delivery formats. You will work closely with clients, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a highly visible, client-facing role for someone who combines strong project management discipline with healthcare sector knowledge and exceptional communication skills.
What You’ll Do
You will:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of complex, multi-stream healthcare programs from planning through delivery
- Develop and oversee program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and delivery strategies
- Serve as a senior client-facing partner, building trust through proactive communication and strategic problem-solving
- Anticipate client needs and recommend execution approaches that maximize impact
- Guide cross-functional teams across program management, event management, scientific, creative, and client partner functions
- Act as an escalation point for risks related to scope, budget, timelines, and delivery
- Support and mentor team members, including Senior Managers, to strengthen delivery excellence
- Drive quality, consistency, innovation, and continuous improvement across strategic execution processes
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who offers:
- Clear, demonstrated project management experience, with prior roles explicitly centered on project or program management
- 5–7+ years of experience leading the execution of healthcare-related programs
- A healthcare background, such as experience in a healthcare agency, consultancy, pharmaceutical environment, medical education, patient engagement, or related setting
- Strong client-facing experience, with confidence communicating directly with clients and managing multiple stakeholders
- Proven success leading complex medical, clinical, or commercial programs
- Excellent judgement, organization, and decision-making in fast-moving environments
- The ability to lead cross-functional teams while balancing strategic goals with operational realities
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Commerce, Arts, Science, or a related field

Compensation noted on this post is in CAD currency. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
