About the role
We are seeking a highly versatile and execution-focused Operations Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across global operations. This role sits within the Operations Department while working cross functionally with teams including Sales, Marketing, IT & Finance.
You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to manage projects across operations, payments, compliance, and customer experience. Your job would be to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
This is a high-ownership, high-impact role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects (large + small)
- Define scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and at high quality
- Manage dependencies across multiple teams and systems
Cross-Functional Execution
- Coordinate across teams including operations, customer service, IT, payments, fraud, compliance, legal, global expansion, IT, finance, marketing and sales.
- Act as the central point of alignment for Operations Department projects
- Drive accountability and remove blockers quickly
Operational Optimization
- Identify inefficiencies across workflows, systems, and processes
- Implement scalable solutions
Ownership Of Project Management Tool
- Own and optimize project management tooling
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build scalable workflows and reporting processes
- Drive adoption of Agile/Scrum best practices Operations Department
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, operations, or consulting
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, ClickUp)
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and optimize processes
- Fundamental level understanding of AI
Nice To Have
- Experience with leveraging AI for operational optimization
- Experience in e-commerce, payments, or digital platforms
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Background in scaling operations in high-growth companies
