Votre impactÀ titre de Responsable de département, vous êtes responsable de la performance commerciale de votre secteur tout en garantissant une expérience en magasin attrayante, cohérente et axée sur le client. Vous conjuguez vision stratégique et leadership terrain afin de transformer les analyses en actions concrètes au quotidien.
Vos responsabilités :
  • Assumer la performance des ventes de votre département et gérer les stocks de façon proactive afin d’atteindre les objectifs d’affaires
  • Analyser les données commerciales et le comportement de la clientèle pour mettre en œuvre des initiatives d’amélioration
  • Encadrer, planifier et mobiliser votre équipe pour assurer une exécution efficace des priorités quotidiennes
  • Gérer l’arrivée des nouveaux produits, l’organisation de la réserve et la rotation des articles
  • Veiller au réapprovisionnement en temps opportun et à la disponibilité optimale des produits sur la surface de vente
  • Maintenir des standards visuels élevés grâce à une supervision rigoureuse du marchandisage, de l’aménagement et de la présentation
  • Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel et résoudre les situations avec professionnalisme et diligence
  • Contribuer à la réduction des pertes d’inventaire par la sensibilisation, l’application des procédures et la formation de l’équipe
  • Favoriser la croissance des employés par des rétroactions régulières, la reconnaissance et le développement des performances
  • Assurer le respect des normes en matière de santé, de sécurité et de prévention des risques au travail
Votre Profil : Vous êtes un(e) leader inspirant(e) et mobilisateur(trice), à l’affût des tendances mode, culturelles et émergentes. Vous alliez créativité et rigueur, et vous êtes à l’aise de prendre des décisions dans un environnement à haut volume d’activités.

You will combine strategic thinking with handson leadership to translate insights into daily action.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Owning the sales performance of your department and proactively managing inventory to meet business goals
  • Analyzing commercial data and customer behavior to implement improvement initiatives
  • Leading, scheduling, and coaching a team to ensure efficient execution of daily priorities
  • Managing new product flow, stockroom organization, and product rotations
  • Ensuring timely replenishment and optimal product availability on the sales floor
  • Maintaining high visual standards through merchandising, layout, and presentation oversight
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues with professionalism and care
  • Reducing inventory loss through awareness, procedures, and team training
  • Supporting team growth through regular feedback, recognition, and performance development
  • Ensuring compliance with workplace health, safety, and riskprevention standards
